Coveniently located only a few minutes level walk to the beach and shops. You can pull up outside to unload your bags and park your car in Woodmead Halls car park about 100m away for approx £20 a week.
From the front door into the lobby with coat hooks you enter the open plan living and dining room area.
The living room has a comfy two seater sofa and two leather bucket chairs. We have satelite TV with all the freeview channels and a DVD player.
There is central heating throughout and a small gas effect fire in living room fireplace.
Part of the open plan living area is the dining area with table and four high back chairs. Window with view of the garden. Open doorway to kitchen.
Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, dishwahser, electric oven, hob and extractor. The fridge has a small 4 star freezer compartment. Plus a toaster kettle and microwave.
Double doors open out to the garden and stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

The twin bedroom is on the first floor. The beds can be zipped together to make a double bed if required. There are bedside tables and lamps plus radio alarm clock. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. The double bedroom is on the second floor.
Bathroom & Shower Room
The bathroom is on the first floor and shower room on the second floor. Both rooms have their own WC and sink.
A tranquil cottage garden at the rear of the property accessed from the kitchen. There are a table and chairs for you to enjoy having breakfast outside or for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day out exploring the jurassic coast or building sand castles on the beach.
